Metro Center
Two separate buildings built above parking flank a public park in Foster City’s Metro Center, which provides a full array of neighborhood and commercial services. The property was developed in conjunction with 42 market-rate townhomes. The townhome development shares site amenities with the senior project, and Metro Center’s Town Green was renovated to include seating areas and a new clock tower. Metro Center Senior Homes was awarded four Gold Nugget Awards from the Pacific Coast Builders Conference.
